Have been using this printer for more than a year now and had no maintenance issue with it to date. It prints fast with good quality. This unit is best for network groups which requires bulk printing. Although it is a bit pricey for its class. I got mine from freeprinterpromo.com totally free - and thats the best part of it.
I just got a Phaser 8560 from a friend of mine and i am just discovering the benefits of using the solid stick wax ink. It works beautifully with my mac and i have smooth fast printouts each time. I am curious about what the future will be for the was sticks, especially when the release of self-erasing paper will be soon. Althought they are both from Xerox I feel that there MUST be a catch with this.
